EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and refunds are accepted only if there is a proven manufacturing fault with the item. Once we have assessed the item we will contact you directly. We may send the item to the manufacturer for a second opinion if we feel the need to do so. If your order is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Items for refunds and exchanges must be returned within 7 days of the receipt.


• We will only offer an exchange if we have been notified of any fault within 48 hours from receiving the item (due to hygiene reasons.)

• Customers are advised to contact us for the return address.

• Exchanges will not be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging.

• All customers are liable for their own shipping fees when exchanging an item.

• It may take up to 28 days for your returns to be processed.


REFUNDS

We will only offer a refund if we do not have the same product in stock and you do not want to choose an alternative item.


• As an independent retail, we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.

• A replacement item will be sent if there is a manufacturing issue of which an image is required.

• If we do not have the same item in stock, you can either chose an alternative item or be refunded. However you will be notified if this is the case.

• Please send all faulty images to shawlcity@hotmail.com

• Faulty claims must include proof of purchase or order number.
